Automatic Renewals

How to Set Up Automatic Renewals Using Wallet Credit

Lvato lets you automatically pay renewal invoices using your wallet balance, so you don't have to pay each invoice manually.

How to Configure Renewal Credit

  1. Log in to your Lvato account.
  2. From the dashboard menu, click Settings.
  3. Select Renewals from the sidebar.
  4. Under Renewal Credit, choose your preferred option.

Available Renewal Options

  • No — never auto-apply: Service renewal invoices must be paid manually.
  • All renewals: Automatically pays all service renewals, including hosting, VPS, n8n, and usage-based services.
  • Postpaid only: Automatically pays metered usage services billed per minute, hour, or day.
  • Specific service types: Only the selected service types are paid automatically.

Domain Auto-Renewals

Domains have their own auto-renew settings.

  • Auto-renew ON: Domain renewals are paid from your wallet, regardless of the renewal credit option selected.
  • Auto-renew OFF: Domains won't renew automatically unless you enable Auto Renew OFF Domains also.

Enabling this checkbox overrides individual domain settings and allows all domains to renew automatically.

What If Your Wallet Balance Is Insufficient?

If your wallet has enough credit, the renewal invoice is paid automatically.

If the balance only covers part of the invoice, Lvato applies the available credit and emails you to pay the remaining amount.

Tip: Keep enough funds in your wallet to avoid missed renewals and service interruptions.
