Email Setup
Creating Email Accounts
- Go to Email Accounts - In cPanel Email section
- Click Create - Start new email account
- Enter details - Choose username and password
- Set quota - Disk space limit for this account
- Create account - Email is ready to use immediately
Email Client Configuration
Incoming Mail (IMAP/POP3):
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Port: 993 (IMAP SSL) or 995 (POP3 SSL)
- Security: SSL/TLS
Outgoing Mail (SMTP):
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
- Authentication: Required
