Lvato License Agreement

This Lvato License (the “License”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Lvato, a Pakistani sole proprietorship based in Pakistan (“Licensor”), for the use of themes, plugins, scripts, or digital products sold by Lvato under the name “LL”.

By using the products sold by Lvato, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License. If Licensee does not agree to the terms and conditions of this License, Licensee may not use the products sold by Lvato.

Scope of License

This License applies to the use of themes, plugins, scripts, or digital products sold on the Lvato Marketplace under the name “LL” (hereafter “Products”). The Agreement applies to all users who download, purchase, or otherwise use these Products from the Lvato Marketplace.

Note that this Agreement does not apply to any products sold or offered on the Lvato Hosting Platform or Lvato Studio. The use of these platforms is governed by separate agreements and policies.

Conditions of Use

Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products sold by Lvato for personal or business use only. Licensee may not share, distribute, or resell the products, whether modified or unmodified.

Licensee is allowed to modify the source code of the products for personal or business use only. Licensee may not distribute or resell any modified versions of the products.

Intellectual Property Rights

The products sold by Lvato are owned by Lvato and are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. Licensee acknowledges that all title and intellectual property rights in and to the products sold by Lvato, including any images or assets included with the products, are owned by Lvato.

Limitations on Use

Licensee may not modify this License in any way or use it for any purpose other than as set forth herein.

Support

Lvato offers 1 month of free support for the products sold under this License. Support is limited to addressing issues related to the functionality of the products as provided by Lvato.

Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this License shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The products sold by Lvato are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Lvato does not warrant that the products will meet Licensee’s requirements or that the operation of the products will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lvato be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use of the products sold by Lvato, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

This License may be terminated by Lvato if Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions of this License. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately stop using the products and destroy all copies of the products in Licensee’s possession.

Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Lvato with respect to the products sold by Lvato and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between Licensee and Lvato.
